If you run one of the newsrooms on Rooted, you can manage its page. It is free.

## Claim it

Open your outlet's page and choose **Request access to this page**. Our team checks each request, usually within a day. If we emailed your newsroom about Rooted, the claim link in that email is quicker: from an address on your outlet's own domain, it signs you straight in.

## What you can do

- **Overview:** readers Rooted sent to your site, your stories, how many were Only here, followers and alert subscribers, for 7 or 30 days.
- **Profile:** name, beat, about line, founding year, logo, cover and your subscribe or support link.
- **Sources:** your RSS feed, Bluesky, Mastodon and YouTube.
- **Team:** add colleagues by email.
- **Post:** publish short updates on Rooted as your outlet.

Each month your team gets a short report by email: readers sent, your stories and your most read pieces. You can switch it off on the Overview.

## Pictures and removals

By default Rooted shows small thumbnails of your pictures. Agree to full pictures from your page and they show at full size. If you would rather not be on Rooted, or want something taken down, use **Ask us to remove something** on your page. We act on every request.
