Rooted can look the way you like to read. Go to **You**, then **Display**.

## Light or dark

Choose **Light**, **Dark** or **Match my device**, which follows your phone or computer's own setting.

## How much each piece shows

- **Pictures and summaries:** the full card, with the picture and the outlet's summary.
- **Headlines, tap for more:** a compact list. Tap More on any piece to open its picture and actions.
- **Headlines only:** the fastest scan, no pictures at all.

## Three more ways to make it yours

- On Home, choose **Top stories**, **Following** or **Live feed**. Rooted remembers your choice. On a phone, swipe between them.
- Back after a while? The card at the top of Home sums up what changed. Fold it away with the arrow.
- **Less like this**, in any piece's menu, hides it. Block an outlet or mute a topic from the same menu.
